I am trying to find source documentation for Charles Frank Conger who was born in Coweta or Campbell county Georgia about 22 July 1894 and died Atlanta, Georgia 14 Feb 1939. His parents were Charles Conger and Fannie Mannix or Manner. Problem exists in that Charles Frank's father died three months before he was born. I can't find any source information to confirm this lineage for official DAR or SAR records. I am the paternal grandson of Charles Frank. Family tree data unsourced seems to indicate that Fannie may have given Charles Frank to his uncle Millard Fillmore Conger but again no source documentation. Any help would be appreciated.
