To All researchers of John Conger and his 2nd wife - Sarah - SHE WAS NOT A CAWOOD. Her correct maiden name is THORPE. She was a natural child of John Thorpe and Rebecca Potter, as it is offically recorded in New Haven, CT records. Rebebba Potter did m. Thomas Adams, and their dau. Ruth Adams m. Thomas Cawood, and it was their son, Thomas Cawood who m. the dau. of Sarah & John Conger - Rachel Conger. I have the CT & NJ records.
