The book that I have on the Moores says that Phoebe Moores, b Jan. 11, 1785 was the fourth child of Henry and Jean Moores. Henry and Jean Moores children are as follows
John,
Elizabeth married Joel Payne
Mary Moores, married her cousin, Issac Conger, son of John and Mary Ross Conger
Phoebe Moores married Mr. Stillwell and lived in Tennessee. Nothing futher is know of her.
Isabella Moores, b Feb. e, 1887, no records
Sara W. Moores, born sept.22, 1788 m. James Higgins
Margaret Moores b Dec 25, 1790 m her cousin Thos. B. Moores
Henry Moores b Aug. 13, 1793 wife Fannie Reese. Henry Moores second wife was Fannie Cole.
The books says they had 9 children, I can only find 8 names here.
