Looking for information about parents, spouse and children of Dennis Conger, who died Nov. 9, 1914, in Hazelton, Kan, aged "75 years, 5 months and 22 days." His wife, Emma Milnes Conger, died in Hazelton on Dec. 2, 1897, "aged 64 years and 14 days". Their daughter, Eliza E. Conger, my grandmother, was reportedly born in Afton, Iowa, in 1867. She died in Cherokee, Okla., in 1922. Other than Afton, Iowa, I have no idea of point of origin or other children the couple may have had. They probably would not have moved to Hazelton until the 1880s.
