My "Congers in America, Vol. II" has an index to Vol. I that shows Susie Fisher Conger, born 1863, NY, was the daughter of Thomas Jefferson Conger (born 1840), and Mary Jane Simonton.
Unfortunately I do not have Volume I to follow this up further for you.
