Allard John CONGER, born in Iowa, 13 Dec. 1887 to John Isaac CONGER and Annice Lucy PORTER. Allard married Pearl ALLPORT, and had Conger Printing Company in SouthEast Portland. They had the following children:
1. Margaret F. Conger
2. Allard J. "Bud" Conger
3. Mignon conger
