I have a James Conger from Oregon listed as being born in 1854. He is part of the Hannah Crow Conger family listed in the 1860 census. If this could be the same do you have anything about Hannah or her husband. The oldest son had his father listed as Johnson Conger born in England and his mother Hannah Crow Conger born in Indiana. I cannot get started in finding them. Hope this is the right James and you have some info
