George,
James CONDON married Mary MACNAMARA (not Magruder) on 17 April 1765 at St. John's & St. George's Parish (chiefly St. John's) Baltimore, MD. so would not be your James.
a James CONDON of Missilion Hundred Dover, Kent Co. Md. died March 1805. His heirs were wife Rachel (died 1824): Eldest son James: Louisa, wife of Richard Austin: Nancy wife of John Porter: William: Charles: Jesse: Ann: Mary.
James that died in 1805 looks like our Condon family, as our James had a brother William & James had 4 sons and several daus.
