I am looking for information concerning my ancestor, John Condon, who was born about 1836 in Ireland.He was in the US by 1868, when he married 1 Feb. in Nashua,NH his 2nd wife, Ellen Griffin (b.abt. 1834 Ireland to Dennis and Ellen (Bowles)). This was also her 2nd marriage, her first to a Hallisey. John was the son of Patrick Condon and Hannah Helant (also seen spelled as Hanndra Helar),his father's occupation listed as 'man of leisure', a term its meaning I'm unfamiliar with.
They had the following children:

John died in Portsmouth,NH on 30 June 1884 at age 48.
I would like to find out his place of origin in Ireland, as well as info. concerning his first wife and any possible offspring.
