In my militaria collection is a silver World War II identity bracelet for an "Ellen M. Condon," "A-912012," "BOJAG," I would like to know more about the person.

Also inscribed on the bracelet is "C.P.H. 9 May 43," "Italy 9 Nov 44," and the insignia for the U.S. Army JAG Corps. I gather this person held a Public Health degree and was a lawyer with the JAG Civil Law Division, who deployed overseas during the Mediterranean theater of operations? I bought the bracelet in an antique shop in western Vermont.
