Whilst I have no direct inbformation on this family, I have traced my family name of CONDY back to about 1650 in England. At that time my ancestors were known variously as Conduitt, Conduit, Condict, Conday, conduct and eventually to the present CONDY. The reason for the variations are I believe, that people in that time could not all read and write and when asked their name, it was spelt by the asker as it sounded to him. This may help you Regards.
