Quite likely we are very distantly related, however more research would be needed to find the connection. I only very recently found my Condie ancesters, then got very lucky. A Branch of the Condie family from Clackmannan converted to Mormanism in 1850. Extentive work has been done on the Condie Family. I found my ancestors going back to 1584. The family is on the Ancestral File CD series viewable at any LDS Family History Centre. I am currently waiting for someone to send my a Gedcom file of the descendants of the Grandparents I found. I started my search with Alexender Love (1796) and Mary Condie (1800) and found 124 ancestors. If you have not searched the Ancetral File you should give it a try.
