I searched the Irish Family History Foundation's database. It contains 12,000,000 surviving rcds for abt 65% of Irish counties. Rcds are increasingly sparse B4 1840, rare B4 1800.

For Margaret Concannon B 1850 +/- 4 yrs in all Ireland, I found 6 B rcds: 1846 Mayo, 1847 Galway, 1849 Roscommon, 1850 Galway, 1851 Galway, and 1851 Longford. One of these MAY be for your ancestor. However, you will need a parent's name, placename, etc., to validate which one.

Google the Foundation's name to lead you to this database. Pls post your results to my genforum msg.

Hope this helps. Good luck.
