Hello,
I am not able to give you much information except to tell you that there were two Concannon families in the Covington/Cincinnati area at the time you are asking about.
I believe that they were related. In my family there was a Margaret who never married and she was born around the same time as yours. Her parents were Edward and Sabina Concannon. I believe the other family was headed by a Martin Concannon. It is very confusing because the first names are repeated in both family lines; my great grandfather was also named Martin. I hope this helps you at least as a way to eliminate this parallel Margaret!
