I am a decendant of Turner C. Conaway and Martha Jane Carnes. He was born April 16, 1849, Cass, Georgia, died Feb. 22, 1913, Forney, Cherokee, Alabama. Buried Providence Cemtery, Forney, Cherokee, Alabama. She was born Feb. 1, 1849, Georgia, Death March 08, 1919, Cherokee, Alabama, burial same as her husbands. Married about 1879, Georgia. their children are as follows: sons, Jesse, H. L.,David Stanley, ?Edward?. Daughters Josephine (Jossie) Tucker, Estell Matthews, Francis Baldwin, Ammie Baldwin, Martha Ann Hayes. My grandfather is David S. He marrie Nonnie Jane Callaway, Josephine married Zachariah Tucker. Turner's father was Aaron Conaway. Buried at Providence. Any information is appreciated. Dave and Nonnie had 9 children of which 3 are still living.
