Children of John Connaway/Conaway/Conway 1757

John Connaway used all three spelling of this name in his life. He was born in Virginia in 1757 and married an Elizabeth William (his 1st wife). I'm looking for any information on his children by Elizabeth: Pattsey b. March 28, 1784; Lemuel b. Mar. 3, 1785; John b. Jan. 23, 1787 and Silas b. July 7, 1788. These children may have used any of these surnames. I believe some were born in Virginia and some born in Georgia, although this is questionable. Any help appreciated.
