I have a John and Mary Connoway-found in the 1850 Pike County Census. The spelling is different but the age is very close. Looks like a good possiblity.

John Connoway-age 32-farmer-born VA
Mary Connoway-age 32-born KY
Charlotta-age 13-female-born KY
Sophia-age 10-female-born KY
Wm-age 9-male-born KY
Lydia J.-age 5-male-born KY
(remarks-first name is usually a female, but is marked as a male)
Thos-age 3-male-born KY
