I have a Thomas Conaway who was born,1654, in Lisburn, County Antrim, Ireland and came to New Castle, Delaware. He married Mary Hollingsworth and had three daughters, Mary Elizabeth who married Charles Booth, Ann who married Phillip Taylor and Sarah who married John Yearsley. I don't know if there were other children or sons. Am interested in knowing more about this family. Charles Booth is my immigrant ancestor from England, 1695. These three families were Quaker.
