Hi, this is my wife's line thru Michael. I don't know where he's buried but I have two death dates for him-either Aug. 20,1833 or Aug.30, 1833 in Fayette Co., Pa..
From various birth records I believe his parents were John Conaway b. @1715 Anne Arundel Co., Md. d. abt 1754 (possibly in Kent Co.Md) and Sarah ____. This is based on the birthdates of two of John's children (Charles and Samuel).
John's parents were John Conaway (b.@1690 d.@1729 in Anne Arundel Co.Md.) and Ann Aegillston.
John (b.@1690) was the son of Joseph Conaway (b.@1665 d. @1707 in Anne Arundel Co., Md.) and Jane.
I believe Joseph was a son or brother of Capt. James Conawa who bef May 22 1667 pur. 300 acres in Anne Arundel Co.
