Ted, there are no Abners in my Comstock line that I know of. I'm fairly sure that Edson and Clara only had one son, my gr-grandfather, Herbert Merrill Comstock. Herbert had 2 sisters Fanny (married name Morris or Morse)and Winifred (married name 1. Fish 2. Martell). Edson's obituary says that he was survived by "2 sisters in the East", but I know nothing more about them. I believe that all my Comstock line from Herbert, going back in time, is listed in the large well-known book of Comstocks in America, which is previously mentioned on this forum.
