Ruth was the daughter of Enoch Comstock b. 24 Jul 1750 d. 2 Sep 1807 m. 3 Dec 1772 Anna Weed b. 12 Dec 1750 d. 26 Mar 1818. She m. Oliver Wheaton and had 4 children: Samuel Syllamon Wheaton b. 1800 d. 1884; Nancy Wheaton b. 1802; Alice C. Wheaton b. 1804 and Erastus Wheaton b. 1811. After Ruth died, Oliver m. her sister, Ellice. Enoch's line continues...Abijah Comstock and Deborah Benedict; Moses Comstock and Abigail Brinsmade; Christopher Comstock and Hannah Platt; William Comstock and Elizabeth Daniel.
