Since your post was some years ago, you have most likely found the information you were seeking on Lavinia and Sylvia Comstock. Lavinia, Sylvia, Aaron, and Levi Comstock were step children of our ancestor, Ephraim Eyres. Lavinia married Captain Thomas Smyth and d. 1839 and had a daughter named Rachael. Sylvia married William Merrick and died 2-23-1848 at Merrickville, Ontario, Canada. Aaron married Phebe Elliott and Levi married Abagail, stepdaughter of Charles Griffen. If you have found the father and mother of these children, I would greatly appreciate knowing this.
