From the info in the obit the city would be Jackson. The paper would possibly be Jackson Citizen Patriot.
But I can't figure out who this William is. The only Wiliam I can find is William Pitt Comstock b.6/18/1810 d. 10/17/1873 in Benton Harbor, MI. He married a Mrs. Egerton. Is there any tie to Allworth that you can trace back so we will know her maiden name? Ialso have Ebenezer Williams Comstock, but he and his wife are buries in cmt. in Springport, MI.
I may have to take a trip to the library or the cemt. itself to see th eburial record.
