I'm not sure if this is the correct ancestry on the wife of William Comstock, but I found the following information on the Family Tree Maker Web site at the following URL: http://www.familytreemaker.com/users/m/a/z/Vicki-R-Mazur/GENE3-0007.html William 3 Comstock born January 9, 1668/69 in Lyme, New London, CT; died March 15, 1727/28 in Lyme, New London, CT. He was the son of John Comstock and Abigail Chappell. He married Naomi NOYES September 10, 1696 in Lyme, CT. Naomi NOYES, born about 1676 in Stonington, New London, CT; died February 10, 1761 in Lyme, New London, CT. She was the daughter of Moses Noyes and Ruth Pickett. Sources given: History and Genealogy of the Comstock Family in America, John Comstock, 1949; Lyme, CT Vital Records 1976; NEHGR Vol. 23; "McCormic Etc Anc Lines" 1957; GEDSRCH Everton - Philip Ferguson; Paul Noyes It appears that I might also descend from Naomi Comstock, who married Consider Tiffany. There was a Polly (or Mary) Tiffany, born ca 1732-1735, who married Samuel Hunn of Lyme (or Hadlyme) CT. She named one of her children Ephraim Tiffany Hunn, which indicates a probable connection to the Tiffany line, but she seems too old to be a daughter of Ephraim Tiffany. Consider Tiffany and Naomi Comstock appear to be the only Tiffany's in Lyme who are of appropriate age to be her parents. Can anyone confirm that Consider and Naomi (Comstock) Tiffany had a daughter Mary or Polly? Hope this helps, and thanks in advance for any confirmation on Polly/Mary Tiffany. Denise
