I hope you can help me!!! I am looking for the parents of Henry F. Comstock. I found him in the 1870 Census (age 28) as living with Fitch B and Eliza Comstock as a farm laborer. I have not found them in the 1860 Census yet to see if he is listed as a son. He married Elizabeth Josephine Newberry in 1874 and had four children Eve (1874) Dora Alice (1876) Mamie (1878) and Charles Ernest (1880 or 1881). I have found Charles in the 1900 and 1910 Census with 1880 as his birth year but a posting on the family Search as being born 9/15/1881 and d. as 1/1/1916.

I have no more info on Mamie but do remember her. Eva married June Paddock of Concord. I use dto be in contact with her grdau in CA.

Dora was my grgm.

I hope you or someone can help me out
Thanks,
Dianne Planeta
