I am trying to find out any information about a Harvey Comstock who defected to London,Ontario during the Civil War. He supposedly came from New Hampshire where he had a wife and children. In Canada he married my great great grandmother (wihtout divorcing his first wife) and had 2 daughters, Lydia and Floranna (sp?) This is the family legend at any rate. Does this information ring a bell with anyone? It is all that I know about him and I can't find anything in the Comstock family book that fits this. I have a copy of the book, which we bought from the author's family many years ago. Thanks for any info.
