1. COMRIE, Isabella b. 1843 Monzievaird, Comrie, Perthshire, Scotland d. Kusani, India m. 3 Nov 1868 [Comrie, Perth, SCT] Hugh McMASTER bap 1 May 1825 Aberfoyle, Perth, SCT [parents: John McMASTER & Mary McMILLAN]- They went to Almora, India.
1.1. McMASTER, Isa m. ___?____ - Isa was raised by her grandmother, Elizabeth COMRIE nee CARMICHAEL. Lived in Maybole, AyrShire in 1924. In 1881, there was a Isabella McMASTER b. abt 1870 India and her siblings, Alexander age 3, b. India; Thomas age 2, b. India and Colin age 2 mos b. Yester, Haddington living with Mary McMASTER age 35 b. Yester, Haddington, Scotland at Dollar, Clackmannan, Scotland. It should also be noted that an Alexander SHEARER (CRERAR?) b. abt 1817 Cranston, Edinburgh and wife Helen b. abt 1819 Pencaitland, Haddington were also listed in the census with them.
