Daniel married Janet Burns (b.1852) Dec 30, 1870 in Kilsyth. They had about 14 children. Peter b.1870, Elizabeth b.1877, Daniel b. 1878, John b.1880 d.1960 (married Janet Burns Smith Nov 3,1905), Robert b.1891(married Annie?? on Jan 28, 1910), Jean and Jess (twins) b. 1892 (know to be the oldest twins in Kilsyth at one point in time), Margaret b.1894 d.1964. I believe they were all born in Kilsyth. I think Daniel's father was Peter Comrie and mother was Jane Stirling. I would be most interested to hear from any one that has any information on this family lineage. Thanks murraya@mail.com
