No where and in no way did I say anything about you not knowing what you are talking about. I just said that I did not have any problems with these GenForums AND I was trying get from you what the problem is that YOU were having. I am sure that you WERE having a problem or you wouldn't have posted it. I was just trying to understand.
Please remember, that these GenForums are Users helping (or trying to) help other users. I have in the past and will in the future try to help YOU.
I had not way of knowing based on your message, that you were talking about Ancestry.com.
The only standard that I have, and not sure I would call it a standard, is that when were are asking for help or trying to help one another, that we respect each other and be clear in our messages. WE can't see what the other is seeing, so we need to be as clear as possible in our messages.
