The marriage of Sarah Commander to Nathan Overman in 1776 is recorded in the Quaker records of the Pasquotank MM. It is generally agreed that this is the second marriage of Nathan Overman following the death of his first wife Mary Symons. I would like to determine if another Commander/Overman marriage took place between an Ann Elizabeth Commander and Henry A. Overman. Ann Elizabeth married Stanton Meads, following the death of Henry Overman. I cannot determine that Ann Elizabeth was a Commander. Specifically can anyone identify her as the daughter of Miles Commander, who married Anne Sanders in Pasquotank County, NC in 1810?
