Sorry. I forgot to look on the Comeaux forum. That is the spelling used in Louisiana. Eleanore was the daughter of Joseph and Marguerite Chapdelaine who were married in St. Ours on Sept. 21, 1801.
Joseph was the son of Guillaume and Marie-Josette Maranda who were married in St. Ours on March 2, 1772.
Guillaume was the son of Alexandre and Marie-Josette Blanchard who were married at Port Royal, Acadia on Jan. 16, 1737.
Alexander was the son of Pierre and Suzanne Bezier who were married at Port Royal on January 25, 1704.
Pierre was the son of Jean and Francoise Hebert who were married at Port Royal about 1676.
Jean was the son of Pierre and Rose Bayol who were married in Port Royal around 1640.
