I Know nothing of a John Combs that went to Nove Scotia, Sorry. The John's I have are John married Margaret Archdale in Englana in 1587.
His son John born 1598 married Elizabetn Willis.
His son John born abt.1620 married Margaret ?????.
Then a John Combs born ca.1662 son of Archdale and Elizabeth Butler, marrid Ann Mason & later Hannah Tutt.
Then a John Combs born 1733 son of Mason and Sarah Hardind, married Nancy Stacy, & later Margaret Combs.
Then the John Combs that was the father of the eight brothers.
