Attempting to identify some of the Combs lineage connected to my gggrandparents Daniel Wilson m. Sarah Ann Combs in 1846 Missouri. My family lived in Mills Co. Iowa. I've recently found Alexander J. Combs b 1842 per 1900 Indian Creek, Mills Iowa census. In household is Alexander Oh, Oh, Oh, wife Elizabaeth S. Oh, Oh, Oh, and 2 sons. Perley A.(Abner?)25,ILL and Berta E. 25 b ILL. 1880, the family is listed Austin, Macon ILL.
1910 Perley is found in Oregon, wife Clara, dau. Evelyn.
1920, Same location MIL Dressel, German in home with them
1930, Location is Boise Ada ID
Oregon D Index, Alexander J Jun 1874019 Apr 1933, Portland OR.
Bert is in 1910 Mills Co. Iowa m. Nelle, children Geraldine & Paul
Living in my ggrandparents household 1856 Co. Bluffs State Census is Marion Combs, 13 yrs old b. b 1843 ILL. I had always believed that this Marion is likely related to gggrandmother Sarah Ann Combs.
