Tom Will of Charles Colvin dated 15th March, 1810 Pendleton County, Kentucky 1. daughter Elizabeth Duncan I bequeath a Negro woman by the name of Palaea(?). 2. daughter Nancy Duncan I bequeath a negro woman by the name of Frank together with the child which she now has. The sum of 30 dollars in lieu of a horse she was to have. 3. daughter Franky Duncan I bequeath a negro girl by the name of Eve and $30 in lieu of a horse which she was to have had. 4. daughter Susannah Sharp I bequeath a negro woman by the name of Charlotte and $40 in lieu of a horse and saddle which she was to have had. 5. son Charles B. Colvin I bequeath a negro girl by the name of Siller and 50 acres of land including the land by John Sharp. 6. daughter Margaret Riddell I bequeath a negro girl by the name of Sibb 7. grandson Gaven Duncan I bequeath a bed, clothes and furniture. ...Whereas Elias Duncan is owning me the sum of $100 it is my will and intention that the said sum of twenty five pounds be considred as part of my daughter Elizabeth Duncan's dividend......I herebe constitute and appoint Elias Duncan, Willis Duncan and Charles B.
