I haven't worked on this line for a long while.
I do have Martha R. Colvin b. Nov 2, 1808; m. (bond) George Blackaby, Jan 19, 1828 in Lincoln Co. KY (source: Lincoln Co. Ky Records Vol 1 KY Records Series, Cook Publications.) This gives Joseph Colvin as her father; Albert B. Mullins as surety; Witness: A. G. Mullins - consent of Thaddues Blackaby for groom, Jan 18, 1828, witnessed by Wm. B. Hickman.
According to the 1850 Washington Co. KY census Joseph age 70 was born in VA. and Nancy age 61 also b. in VA. I have Joseph b. Mar 18, 1780 in Va and died aft 1860. He married Nancy Turner Jul 25, 1804 in Lincoln Co. KY and that she was the d/o Caleb Turner and Sarah Colvin. Nancy b. Apr 1, 1788 in VA and died aft 1860.
Joseph Colvin, Jr. was the son of Joseph Colvin b. ca 1766 in Va and died aft 1810 probably in Lincoln Co. KY.
