From the Andalusia (Alabama) Star Times Obit Archives:
Fannie Lou Colvin Tines, 82, died Monday, Jan. 10, 2000 in a Foley hospital. A memorial service will be held Saturday, Jan.15 at 1 p.m. at Opp Nursing Home, where her sister resides.

Does anyone know the parents of this Fannie Lou Colvin?

My line of descent is thru Diana Colvin (b. 1843) and John W. Berry. Diana was a daughter of Henry Colvin and Catherine McFarland.
