I am currently researching the descendancy of the Colvin Family currently located in South-Central Alabama (Covington County Area). Unfortunately, much of the wiser elders have passed on and little of their information still resides. My paternal grandmother is a Colvin and she has provided much but she is unsure of from where they came.
I am looking for information on the siblings of Irvin Cicero Colvin (b. c.1855, d. 1949 in AL)who married twice (#1 - Ella Virginia Jeter (1862-1899) and #2 - Frances Spears (1884-1963). I know he had several brothers and sisters including Margaret Colvin (m. J.M. Veazey in 1897), Catherine Colvin, and William Colvin. I am almost sure there are more siblings, but I currently cannot locate any.
Unfortunately my information about DOBs and DODs in lacking. I have a complete descendancy for Irvin Cicero, but am lacking any for his siblings, parents, etc. Any help would be appreciated.
