I am looking for the parents of my great grandfather.His name was Charles Harvey Colvin.He has listed his birth as January 22,1891 born in PA.On an application he filled out in the 1940's for a government job he has listed his parents as Christopher Colvin and Evelyn Hickox.In 1922,on his marriage license he lists them as deceased, and in a vermont census he lists his parents as being born in the USA.I have heard rumors that Christopher died on a ladder maybe in D.C but no one has any real info for me yet. It has been tough finding anything out and I am hoping someone might be able to help.
