My grandmother's mother's name was Isabell Colvin. My grandmother told me about a relative who was on an Olympic Bobsled team. Her maternal grandfather was William J. Colvin who married Emily Drown. William Colvin, born 1843 was the son of Samuel Colvin, born 1807 in Ireland and Ann Cromie born 1812 also in Ireland. Let me know if this seems like the family line. I can share what else I know.
