Hi! I asked what the significance of Dunbar Castle was (is) to the Coltrane family. I found a reference! But want to check this out with you re it's veracity. According to this reference, John Stewart's father was Alexander StewartII. Alexander's parents were Alexander I and Sarah Dunbar. Thus the relationship to the Dunbars of Dunbar castle. Do you have any of this in your records? Thanks!
