I am looking for information on a Colson family member who was a preacher of a church in the mid 1800's. As I look for information, I find that there was a surname: Preacher (Pritcher) So this man may have actually be Preacher Colson and that his given name was a derivative of the Preacher (Pritcher) surname. This Colson relative may have lived near Walterboro.
