Hi Lisa, I realize it's been quite awhile since your inquiry. I have just begun research on the Colquitts, having spent about twenty years researching the Isaac Smith family of central AL. You mentioned in one of your posts of 2005 a Walter Terry Colquitt. Could he be the one that was b. 11 Sep 1843 in Tolbert Co., GA. and married Laura Etta Smith 28 Mar 1865 in Tallapoosa County, AL? If so, do you have his siblings and parentage? I have Achilles Booker(Charles)Colquitt as his father and his mother as Margaret Harris Sewell. Is this correct or should I look for another. If so, what is the lineage of Achilles Booker.
