Information referred to in this message is interesting. I am looking for, I think, Kate Colquitt born about 1872-1875, Sydney Colquitt born about 1875-1877 and Robert Colquitt born about 1878. This does appear to be the spelling of their name. The 1880 Census for Williamson County, Tennessee shows these three children living in the home of Thomas Robb and his wife Elizabeth Jane Burch (Birch) Robb. They are indicated to be neice and nephews. I do not know if they are related to the husband or wife. I am researching this Robb family and have hit a brick wall. Would you have any knowledge of these three children? Also Williamson County records do not have anything about Thomas Robb having custody of these children. Apparently that paperwork is located in another county, or state. Any assistance you can give will be greatly appreciated.
