I don't know anything about Nathan Collinsworth from GA. There was a James. B. Collinsworth, son of James Collinsworth, who was born cir 1799 in MS or TN and died after 1853 in Matagorda Co., TX. I noticed the initials of JB Collinsworth on your request.
