According to my records, Rebecca Williams parents were Julie Collinsworth and Holloway (Holly) Williams. Holloway was the son of Isaac Williams b.abt 1798 who married Elizabeth Lykins (dau of William Lykins and Margaret Ritter) Isaac Williams father was Elder Daniel Williams and Violet Crouch. Elder Daniel (who is my gggg-grandfather on my mother's side (Allen) was a friend to Daniel Boone. Julie Collinsworth Williams is my gg-aunt. Her parents (David Collinsworth and Elizabeth Prater) are buried in the family cemetery behind my house. Her brother (John Mason Collinsworth and his wife Rebecaa Oney dau of James Oney b. 1818) are also buried there and other family members. I think One of Julie's children is buried there. James Oney was the son of Fulton Creed Oney and Rhoda Whitt. Fulton Creed was a brother to James Oney and Elisha Oney who are my ancestors. I have some Lykins' ancestors (grandmothers but I haven't done much research on that line. The Magoffin County Historical Society has a set of Lykins Books. Looking forward to sharing information with you. I need more information on your immediate family.
