We too have a father John Collinsworth whose son was Moses Collinsworth born in 1810 in VA. Do we have a connection? We located Moses on the 1850 census for Pike Co KY. At that time Moses and wife Margaret Mary (ratliff) had 9 children. Please let me know if this helps or we can make a connection on our Johns. I was informed that in 1810 Va included KY OH TN WV IN IL and Pennsylvania, so when they rewrote the map they could have wound up any where. Thanks for your help Dessa Collinsworth
