I am looking for information on James Collinsworth. DOB probably ca 1770. His son John sold him property in Claiborne co tn possibly in 1817.I need to get that land transfer record. When James died debts were paid and property disbursed. In 1831 property then went back to his daughter Frances. In 1841 property then was sold by prime heir Elzira Collinsworth(Dobbs) Hamilton and her husband Joshua Hamilton. Info I have is James Collinsworth born ca 1770,married? children, John, Ellen born ca 1796-1800, Frances born ca 1795-1800, died prior to 1841 claiborne co Tn. Daughter of either Frances or Ellen born ca 1814 Elzira Collinsworth, father James Dobbs. Any ideas appreciated.
