Looking for info on George C Collinsworth and his wife Rachel, both probably born around the 1830-40's. Believe they were in Lee County, VA, Jonesville area in 1860 when son John Thomas was born Feb. 19, 1860. They also had a daughter Martha Jane born around 1858.
Family lore says George disappeared during Civil War and may have started a second family. Rachel married Wm H Yeary Oct 18, 1867 in Lee Co and moved to Nodaway Co., Ravenwood area, Missouri.
