Tradition says that Mary Ann "Passie" Logan b. 1787 SC was the daughter of John Logan and Passey Collins. Mary Ann md John Byars Sr. s/o Nathan Byars (1749-1846) and Drucilla Harrelson. There is also a Delphia/Delphy Logan b abt 1785 that md as his 2nd wife Nathan Byars (1749-18460) It has been suggested that Delphia and Mary Ann were sisters. Mary Ann and her family went to AL. Delphia stayed in Spartanburg Co. SC.
This is not my line. However there are those who descend from the Logan side of the Byars family that need documentation for the parents of Mary Ann and Delphy.
