Trying to find the parents of a Rhoda Sprague (Collins?). She married David Sprague in New York around 1800. They had 5 childred all born in Otsego County from 1803 to 1816.
I am trying to prove that Rhoda's Maiden name is Collins. There were many collins living near the Spragues at this time and i would like to find her Parents.
John Collins and his wife Ann had lands side by side in Allegany County. Jeremiah Collins is buried in the Sprague Lot beside David and David W. Sprague. John and wife Ann Collings deeded land to Calvin Sprague in 1848. Collins and Spragues latter settled in Iowa. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
